We're currently seeking compassionate and qualified HomeCare Support Workers to join our Melbourne team.
Highly desirable: We are particularly interested in hearing from multilingual support workers, with Turkish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply due to the diverse needs of the clients we support.

About the Role
As a Qualified HomeCare Support Worker, you will support older adults to remain independent, connected, and engaged within their own homes and local communities.
You will work across Melbourne's northern suburbs, including Thomastown and surrounding suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and mobility assistance with dignity and respect
- Support clients with activities of daily living
- Assist clients to access community activities and maintain social connections
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings
- Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community or equivalent) OR be a Nursing student who has completed an aged care placement
- Previous experience in aged care, community care, disability support, or a related field
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Highly Desirable
- Ability to speak a second language, particularly Turkish
- Experience supporting clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
