We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our Corporate Services team in a permanent full-time role based at our Kippa-Ring Head Office.

What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing management reports, reconciliations, and financial analysis
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Partnering with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial insights
Assisting with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and stronger controls
Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing Finance team
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Essential
Degree-qualified in Accounting or related discipline
5+ years’ experience in a similar accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and multi-cost centre environments
Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced Excel and analytical capability
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Bonus if you have
Experience in the not-for-profit, aged care, or health sectors
Strong commercial acumen
Adaptability in a changing environment
