Job Description
About the role
This is a full-time, hands-on maintenance role where you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of buildings, facilities, and shared spaces.
From small repairs to larger maintenance tasks, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
Carry out general maintenance and repairs (carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, painting)
Maintain buildings and shared spaces to a high standard
Complete work orders and daily tasks in line with priorities
Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
Support event setup and pack-down
Identify and action improvement opportunities
Follow all WHS requirements and safety practices
Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for
You’re a reliable, skilled tradesperson (or experienced maintenance professional) who enjoys solving problems and getting things done.
You’ll bring:
A trade qualification (Carpentry or Electrical preferred)
Proven experience in maintenance or facilities roles
Strong problem-solving and practical skills
A customer-focused approach—you’re approachable and respectful
Ability to prioritise, adapt, and work independently
A strong safety-first mindset
Current driver’s licence (essential)
