Job Description
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you’ll combine commercial expertise with purpose—ensuring we secure the right suppliers, contracts, and solutions to deliver quality outcomes across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
Lead end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and contract management
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value, quality, and outcomes
Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain procurement policies, processes, and compliance
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
Provide reporting, insights, and cost-saving opportunities
Support and develop our Procurement Officer
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and ways of working
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
You’re a confident procurement professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes—not just processing transactions.
You bring:
5+ years’ procurement experience in a complex environment
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Experience across sourcing, contracts, and procurement frameworks
Ability to analyse data and provide meaningful insights
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience in Aged Care is highly desirable
Role Requirements
Satisfactory police check (or willingness to obtain through BallyCara)
Right to work in Australia
COVID and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
