Job Description

We’re hiring in three locations:

  • Bribie Island – 1 position
  • Redcliffe Peninsula – 1 position
  • Moreton Bay South – 1 position (Rothwell, North Lakes, Kallangur, Bray Park and surrounding areas)

About the role

You’ll support older adults to stay independent, safe and connected in their own homes.

Every visit is different — and every visit matters.

Your day may include:

  • Personal care and mobility assistance
  • Domestic support and meal preparation
  • Shopping and community outings
  • Transport to appointments (paid km’s)
  • Helping clients stay socially connected and achieve their goals
  • Working closely with your care team to deliver great outcomes

Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for

  • Available Monday–Friday between 8am–4pm (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Community) or nursing student with aged care placement
  • Experience in community or aged care support
  • Compassionate, reliable and relationship-focused
  • Current driver’s license and reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • First Aid & CPR
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations are highly recommended.
