As a Physiotherapist in our Wellness Team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care Based on the Redcliffe Peninsula, working across the Moreton Bay and Brisbane North community, supporting older people to live with independence, dignity, and choice.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services in the community and on-site
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans
Support mobility, independence, reablement, falls prevention and pain management
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and communication
Contribute to a positive safety, quality and clinical governance culture
This role may also involve supporting staff, students or volunteers with safe manual handling practices.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You are a motivated, compassionate Physiotherapist who:
Holds a Physiotherapy qualification with current registration
Is passionate about client-centred, relationship-based care
Communicates clearly and professionally
Manages your time well and works confidently with autonomy
Enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Is eager to learn, grow and contribute to service improvement
Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Need
Current professional registration
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
First Aid & CPR
Satisfactory police check (or willingness to obtain through BallyCara)
Right to work in Australia
COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended
