Job Description
Join BallyCara’s ResCare Team and make a meaningful difference overnight, providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care to our residential aged care community.
What you will be doing
Play a critical role in supporting residents with complex needs, ensuring dignity, comfort and clinical excellence
Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Our residents may include those living with dementia, those requiring high care, and those receiving palliative or end-of-life care.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing is supported.
This role is central to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for every individual.
You will actively promote the BallyCara culture of respect, dignity, positive ageing and the SONA values, ensuring the provision of safe, evidence-based, and exceptional clinical practice through compassionate care, professional integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience

Current AHPRA registration and experience in residential aged care
