At BallyCara, we believe healthy and happy living starts with relationships. We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (Community) to join our Wellness Team in Scarborough, Moreton Bay and Brisbane North communities, delivering person-centred care that supports independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

About the role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll:
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and care plans
Work collaboratively with allied health, support teams, and referrers
Support clients to live well, stay independent, and feel heard
Maintain professional standards, documentation, and compliance
This is a role where relationships matter as much as clinical skill.

About you
You’ll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in community, home-based, or aged care nursing
Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
A warm, professional approach to clients, families, and colleagues

Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
