Job Description
As a Qualified Aged Care Support Worker, you’ll join a compassionate and inclusive team dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence, confidence, and wellbeing at home. Every visit is a chance to build meaningful connections and brighten someone’s day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing personal care and mobility assistance with dignity and respect
Supporting daily living tasks and community activities that foster independence
Assisting clients to achieve their personal goals and stay socially connected
Transporting clients to appointments and outings (paid kilometres)
Communicating effectively with the team to ensure high-quality client outcomes
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Community) or Nursing student with placement completed
Experience in Aged Care or Community Services
Empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting others
Current Driver’s Licence, reliable insured vehicle,
Current First Aid & CPR
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
COVID-19 vaccination highly recommended
