You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your wellbeing, empowers your growth, and celebrates the difference you make.

What You'll Do

  • Provide personal care and mobility support
  • Assist with light household tasks and daily routines
  • Offer social support and companionship
  • Support participation in community and wellness activities
  • Drive clients to appointments, shops, or social outings (paid mileage included)
  • Work independently while staying connected with your team leader

Desired Skills and Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services
    (Nursing students with completed aged care placements also welcome)
  • Previous experience in aged care or community services
  • Availability for a mix of morning (7am–5pm), afternoon (12pm–7pm), and some weekend shifts
  • Strong empathy, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Driver’s licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination (required)
