You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your wellbeing, empowers your growth, and celebrates the difference you make.
What You'll Do
Provide personal care and mobility support
Assist with light household tasks and daily routines
Offer social support and companionship
Support participation in community and wellness activities
Drive clients to appointments, shops, or social outings (paid mileage included)
Work independently while staying connected with your team leader
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (Nursing students with completed aged care placements also welcome)
Previous experience in aged care or community services
Availability for a mix of morning (7am–5pm), afternoon (12pm–7pm), and some weekend shifts
Strong empathy, communication, and relationship-building skills
Basic computer skills
Driver’s licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination (required)
