At BallyCara, we’re a not-for-profit organisation committed to inspiring healthy and happy living. With a strong presence across South East Queensland and Melbourne, we support older Australians through HomeCare, Wellness, and tailored community services.

We’re currently seeking a compassionate and organised Customer Service Officer (Scheduling/Rostering) to join our Melbourne team on a contract basis until the end of January 2026. In this pivotal role, you’ll help coordinate care and support services that truly make a difference — ensuring our clients receive the right care at the right time, from the right people.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Service Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Provide warm, responsive customer service to clients and staff
  • Manage and maintain efficient staff schedules and rosters
  • Collaborate across teams and manage shared inboxes
  • Identify and implement scheduling improvements
  • Ensure services are delivered with care, respect, and alignment to our SONA® (Happiness) values

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

You're a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for supporting others.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in scheduling and/or rostering (ideally in Aged Care or HomeCare)
  • A Certificate III in Business, Administration or Human Services (Diploma highly regarded)
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Confidence with IT systems and shared inboxes
  • A positive, flexible attitude and team spirit
  • A commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of older people

What You’ll Need

  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • COVID-19 vaccination (minimum 2 doses)
