Customer Service Officer/Scheduling - Home Care Team
Are you an experienced and highly organised individual with strong rostering skills in community services or wellness? If you have a passion for making a difference and have experience with scheduling and rostering care services, we want you on our team!
About the Role:
As a key member of the BallyCara Home Care Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients, aged 65+, receive the highest quality care, tailored to their individual needs. Your primary focus will be managing client and staff schedules to deliver optimal outcomes and satisfaction for all involved. You will use your expertise to efficiently allocate resources, ensuring the right care at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage client and staff scheduling for optimal satisfaction.
Provide accurate scheduling and data recording.
Ensure compliance with policies and operational KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs of clients, staff, and management are met.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills:
Proven experience in rostering and scheduling services within community or wellness settings.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using various IT platforms for scheduling and administration.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.
Cert III minimum in Community will be well regarded.
